My father started this business in 1958. He always told me that "no deal was a good deal unless both parties walked away happy" and I agree.

A Tenant / Landlord relationship can be an important part of any business. I treat Tenants like I would want to be treated. Fair rents, respond when there is a problem and allow people to worry about their business, not the roof over their head or their Landlord.
